I am extremely satisfied with the Blind Wind-Out Bearing Puller Workshop Set. The tools are very well made, precise, and make bearing removal much easier and safer, especially when working on carbon frames.
I would also like to thank Jim for his excellent advice and customer service. Before ordering, he took the time to understand exactly what I needed for my Pivot Mach 4 SL and Pivot Shuttle SL, and customised the kit with the appropriate pullers so that I could service both bikes.
I have now used the Wind-Out system on my Pivot Mach 4 SL and it worked perfectly. Bearing removal is progressive, precise and very well controlled, without putting unnecessary stress on the carbon frame.
However, I did have to find a small additional solution when pressing in some of the bearings. In certain locations, the bearing needs to be pressed all the way into its final position, and the supplied tools did not allow me to reach far enough. I therefore used a socket as a spacer, extending the reach of the press so that I could fully seat the bearing from the opposite side.
This could perhaps be an interesting point to consider for a future evolution of the kit, with a dedicated spacer or extension for this type of installation.
Overall, I am very satisfied: excellent build quality, excellent support, and a company that truly understands bicycle mechanics. Highly recommended.

Ordered part just before going on holiday. So it would be here when got home, turns out part was sent out day it was ordered and arrived before i went l.
Part looks a lot better than one it replacing, looking forward to getting back on turbo trainer.

Tool worked well- still needs to be held really firmly in place and commit when knocking the bearings out. Delivery was quick and free too

Excellent tool at a good price. Extremely well machined. This tool will be around long after I am done riding and wenching on bikes.

Tool worked great and was stress-free! The only recommendation I could make would be to have a plastic edge on the receiver where it contacts the frame as there's a risk of paint scratching if the surface is not 100% flat.

Well made and easy to use. I prefer these than using a slide hammer so made sense to get the whole set.

The tool worked perfectly for a Bontrager cartridge bearing hub from a Trek mountain bike

Brilliant tool. Even removed a disintegrating, stuck bearing (in several pieces) without damaging the cups. Just needed to pop in new ones using their equally good bearing press - no need for a new BB.
